Dan Rutherford - Dan studied jazz dance extensively from the age of five through his late teens. At that time he began a career in ballroom and Latin dance. Dan has produced numerous champions throughout his career as a teacher and coach. Dan has also danced on stage with numerous celebrities as a back up, chorus line and principal dancer in many productions. He currently competes in the American Rhythm division and is one of the top professionals in the United States. He holds many certifications and degrees in dance. Dan is the owner and director of the Indianapolis Ballroom Company.

Chris Ford - Chris brings twenty-two years of dancing and teaching experience to the IBC. After graduating from Purdue with a BFA in theater, Chris began teaching ballroom dancing and moved to Indianapolis where he started teaching for the IBC when it opened in 1987. With a diverse background in ballroom and Latin styles, Chris is a member of the National Dance Council of America and is a certified teacher and adjudicator.

Barbara Lamb - Barbara has been involved in ballroom dance since 1984. With her former husband she owned ballroom studios in El Paso, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She joined the staff of the IBC in 1996. Although she loves Latin and swing, she is trained in all styles and especially enjoys working with newcomers to ballroom dance. Barbara holds memberships in the Professional Dancer's Federation, the National Dance Council of America and is a certified instructor with the North American Dance Teachers Association.

Nicole Carroll - Nicole has been teaching ballroom and Latin dancing for the past thirteen years. Prior to dancing Nicole was a gymnast. She has been awarded with numerous top teacher awards throughout the United States. In addition to teaching Nicole is a professional competitor in the American Rhythm division where she is a United States finalist. Nicole has certifications with the National Dance Council of America, North American Dance Teachers Association, Dance Vision International Dance Association and World Dance Federation. She is also a certified adjudicator.

Christine Zona  - Christine has been teaching ballroom dance for twenty years. She has competed in the International Standard and Latin and the American Smooth divisions. She is a certified teacher and adjudicator and is a member of the National Dance Council of America. In addition to teaching, Christine is also co-editor of Dance Notes, a national bi-monthly publication devoted to ballroom dance.  www.dancenotes.com 

Pam Rutherford - Pam has over twenty years of teaching and dancing experience. She is trained in both the American and International styles and has been a competitor in American Rhythm, Smooth, International Standard and Latin. Pam received numerous awards for being a top professional competitor as well as a top teacher. Her certifications and affiliations include the National Dance Council of America and the North American Dance Teachers Association.

Gert  and Kirsti Roslender - Gert and Kirst began dancing eighteen years ago and in 1986 they formed their partnership. In 1990 they became members of the foremost school of ballroom dance in Estonia while completing their university studies. After years of intensive training they took a place as one of the top couples in Estonia. From 1992 to 1996 they represented Estonia in the European and World standard championship competitions five times. Before moving to the United States they coached about eighty students in their home town of Viljandi.  They became members of the National Dance Council of America, the Professional Dancers Federation and are certified as teachers and professional competitors with the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.
